Twin engineers introduces modular dispensing machines. These machine is ideal for single component adhesive dispensing applications. The advantages of using the systems are to dispense the preset quantity thereby enhancing the product quality and save the excess use of material. It will also ensure precise quantity control, thereby minimising wastages of the material; ensure instantaneous cut-off on dosing at dispensing valve tip [drip free operation]; incorporate digital timer giving high precision repetitive shots; dispense with timed or manual control; offer safer working conditions by avoiding contact with harmful chemicals. It can be mounted on the table. The control system for dispensing is time and pressure based. Material tank is connected to the dispensing valve with flexible/fixed pipeline. The valve is mounted on the dispensing valve. Electro-pneumatic controller controls the dispensing valve operation. It also has the facility to operate either in timed mode or in continuous mode. The required nozzle can be attached to the dispensing valve. Foot switch is provided for ease in operation.
