Tmc measuring instruments has introduced a universal concentricity gauge in various models. This has the following special features:
the simplest way to check concentricity of diameters, bores and step diameters, face runout and perpendicularity;
- can be best to check length in mass product;
- smooth movement by fine adjustment screws for indicator carrier;
- tilts 90° to make easy loading and unloading of jobs;
- magnetic locking for indicator carrier stands;
- multiposition yoke clamp provided to accommodate large range of sizes and to vary pressure;
- gauge includes standard carrier, manual drive/motorized drive [optional], top rollers, end supports;
- all gauges available are standard with timing belts for smooth positive drive;
- fine adjustment screws on all dial indicators provided;
- holder for lvdt probes are also available as an option;
- outside diameter can be checked by floating diameter holder.
there are three models available viz tmc-con-1, 2, and 3.
specifications for model tmc-con-1 [figures in bracket for the other two models respectively] are as follows:
- min dia - 1 mm [3 and 6 mm];
- max dia 3 mm [6 and 25 mm];
- length - 50 mm [100 and 150 mm]; and
- weight - 22 kg [25 and 30 kg].
- the resolution: 1 [m or 0.1 [m with lvdt probe, and
- repeatability: 1[m.
