| Ag engineers providesoffers a range of electro magnetic brakes -disc type brakes, ac/dc single disc brakes, shoe type ac/dc brakes and electro hydraulic thrustor operated shoe brakes. Various constructional features of these electro magnetic brakes include: ac/dc disc type failsafe brakes can be directly mounted on the free end side of motor and hence form part and parcel of the motor. Brakes with flame- proof enclosure, approved by cmri - dhanbad, are also manufactured. Dc single disc brake magnets for energised to brake application: once a unit is installed there is no need of setting air gap. Armature is available with three springs with gap adjustment screws or spring steel riveted armature gives zero backlash operation. Ac three phase electro hydraulic thrustor brake is a self-contained unit, with low power consumption, mini- mum maintenance, and an overload on thrustor that cannot cause damage to the motor.
