| Ambetronics engineers, an iso 9001:2000 company, provides manufactures pollution and process monitoring systems. These monitoring systems are used for hydrogen gas, either in process stream or ambient air to detect ppm level for human/environments safety. This system finds its applications in: ambient monitoring, pulp and paper plants, stack monitoring, chemicals and petrochemical, refineries, acid alkalise and dyes manufacturing plants, chemicals processing plants, sewage plants, chemical storage area, offshore drilling and processing platforms, fertiliser plants, furnaces, power and industrial plants, compressor stations, etc.The gas detection instruments have some salient features such as: are available in portable, wall mounting and panel mounting versions with latest user-friendly micro-controller technology with long life electrochemical sensors. Various technical features of this hydrogen monitoring system include:it accepts input 4-20 ma/3-wire from toxic gas transmitter. The range, resolution, alarm setpoint, alarm control action are programmable by users. The instrument has very high accuracy of 0.25% with software linearisation; easy on-line field calibration by user from front keys; programmable latch and nonlatch facility for relays and led indication; two independent set points individual with relay output; and one fault relay for fail safe operation. All three relays have 1 no/c/nc contact rated 230 v/5 a. Non-isolated 4 to 20 ma retransmission output is available for plc, dcs and any chart recorders, if any. Optional rs-232/rs-485 serial port with modbus rtu protocol is provided for online pc based data monitoring. The system is very useful for ambient monitoring, pulp and paper plants, stack monitoring, chemicals and petrochemical, refineries, acid alkalise and dyes manufacturing plants, chemicals processing plants, sewage plants, chemical storage area, offshore drilling and processing platforms, fertiliser plants, furnaces, power and industrial plants, compressor stations, etc.
