| Ambetronics provides 8-point low-cost temperature scanners [model tc-800] that can accept thermocouples [j, k, r, s, t] pt-100, 3-wire, 2-wire, 4-20 ma, 0-10 v dc inputs. The j and k thermocouples are field-programmable and field-selectable and with built-in cold junction compensation. Two independent set-points for each channel with common relay-1 and relay-2 are given with separate 1 no/c/nc. The operation are facilitated by five push-button keys. The channel auto scanning time is programmable from 1 sec to 999 seconds. The temperature scanners have 4-digit display of 13 mm height led for process value and 1-digit for channel number. Optional data log data acquisition windows-based software and parallel port for direct printout on 80-column dot matrix printer without the need of a pc. Size of the cabinet is 96 mm [h] x 96 mm [w] x 175 mm [ panel mounting. The temperature scanners find its application for recording temperature of ovens and bod incubators, humidity chambers, winding temperature of generators, bearings, motors, transformers, heat treatment in furnace, water pumping stations, water purification and treatment plants, primary and auxiliary temperature scanning pits oxygen plates, smelter plants, sugar industry for pan alternation, dialer, automation, chemical and petrochemical industry.
