| Ambetronics provides bag filter controller. Bag filter controller, a specially developed electronic unit which do the function like controlling the cleaning cycle of pulse jet bag filters. It is available in various models to suit different output requirements such as triac, transistor, relay, etc. The unit is housed in a sheet steel enclosure, dust tight to ip-55 standard. It accepts a control supply of 110 v, or 240 v, 50 hz. The number of site programmable channels are as per requirements. It has adjustable on/off times covering a wide range. Model pt- 130 sequential timer is a multichannel, multirange, multi/purpose instrument. It is designed to work in harsh industrial environment. Three basic timing ranges of seconds, minutes and hours with a resolution of 0.01, 0.1 and 1 are programmable for both on time and off time. The 11.059 mhz quartz crystal gives an accurate timing range over the full scale. The timer has individual 1 no/nc output relay contacts rated at 6 a, 230 v ac. The provided display system is made up of 12.5 mm high bright 7 segment leds.The pt- 130 has built-in batch counter facility to count the number of cycles completed so if a set number of cycles are completed, further sequence will stop automatically. The remote and front panel reset and hold functions are given for easy operation. The timer associated with this instrument is very compact in size and comes in standard din size. It is available in the range of 4, 10,18, 26, 34 channels. It is widely used in hydraulic press sequence control, blending and storage silos in cement industry, bag filters, dust collectors, tyre tube curing press, pot header in rubber industry, machine tool sequence, etc.
