• Add to Inquiry Basket | Nmt group presents keyless transmission elements. Elements are most suitable for securing all types of bosses and hubs on shafts and axles.
charecteristics of the product are as follows:
No keyway, no extra machining no notch effect.
Perfect true running-absolutely no play.
High fatigue strength under alternating torsional stress.
Freedom from wear- having no moving parts
Overload protection effect- when the permissible load is exceeded, elements will slip. In this way, they can safeguard valuable machine components against damage. However the slip causes fretting of the contact surfaces, so elements should not be used as slip clutch.
Easy adjustability/easy exchangeability: need no stops.
Easy mounting: elements are tightened using standard screws and standard tools. Extra machining or fitting work is not required.
Easy removal: release screws, saving much time, and elements can be removed. The step angle of the double tapers prevent self-locking and ensures the element can be released without difficulty.

N7012- for highly stressed connections & wide machinery tolerances having range from 20mm and above & torque from 270nm and above
N7013- for higher concentricity where required. Transmission torque limit is higher than n7012.
N7030-31,7032-33
N7014-similar to n7012 but higher torque limit than n7012 & n7013, range from shaft dia 60mm & above
N7015-self centering but lower torque limit than n7014, range from shaft 90mm and above
N7016
N8006- used where boss dia is limited. Range from shaft dia 5mm and above, for lowest torque transmission.
N250- used for self centering. Range from shaft 10 to 100 mm. Torque transmission from 48nm to 15010nm.
N4071- standard model. Range from 20mm shaft dia.And above
N4051- light duty model. Range from 100 mm shaft dia and above
N4091- heavy duty model. Range from 100 mm shaft dia and above.
Ns4051,4071 &4091 - split type models.
If higher functional value is needed, it can be obtained by adding number of elements[i.E 1 + 1]
the elements are used for connection of gearwheels, chain sprockets, levers, cams, cam plates, belt pulleys, brake drums, flywheels, couplings and clutches, shaft-mounted gearing, flanges, track wheels, impellers, etc… and are giving every satisfaction these and countless other applications.
