• Add to Inquiry Basket | Nmt group presents hold- back [back-stop] devices. These hold back device are used as overrunning clutches, where the shaft overruns at high speeds. These units have individually spring-loaded, centrifugal lift-off sprags, housed in a cage by means of pins connected with rotating inner ring having driving contact with outer ring. Bore diameter is up to 220 mm. These devices have permissible wide radial run-out,
wear free & long life, easy assembly, no special lubrication required and are maintenance free. These hold-back devices are used in inclined conveyors, elevators, pumps, blowers, fans, gearboxes, electric motors, geared motors, pumps & compressors, ball mills, engine starter, etc.
