Quality Procedure
Quality checks are exercised at three main functional areas

Internal manufacturing
Finished products
Necessary tests are conducted for product certification outside NABL approved laboratories such as CPRI Bhopal, CPRI Bangalore and ERDA, Baroda. All routine tests are carried out as per relevant IS/IEC. The in-house records are maintained for Routine/Acceptance tests.
With state-of-the-art technology, qualified staff and stringent quality checks, Stelmec ensures quality & conformity. Its quality norms are as per National and International Standards. Its products fulfill Indian Electricity Regulations and is fully type tested as per IEC requirements.
| | | Research & Development | Stelmec is backed by infrastructure that guarantees superior output. The various machines employed for fabrication are Shearing machines, Press brake [Bending machines], Power press machines, Bench grinders, Tapping machines, Drilling machines, Arc welding & Spot welding machines, Hand grinders, Air compressors, Hand press machines, Surface grinders, Lathe, Power Hacksaw machines, Lifting arrangement simplex, Backelite sheet cutting and Painting facility.
Stelmec has adequate testing facilities for inspection & testing. Backed by a separate R&D department and a team of professionals experienced in India’s leading H.T Switchgear, Stelmec has been focusing on new product development as well as continuous improvements in the existing ones.
