The product Multipac Smoke Tube is a smoke tube with three pass boiler which can be fired fuels like coal, lignite and wood. Multipac Smoke Tube gives you steam at the lowest operating cost coupled with trouble free operations and long life.The furnace has a fixed grate. The fuel is charged through charging door to keep the fire going. The draught is made available through the openings under the grate. Openings are provided to remove the ash from beneath the grate. An ID fan is provided for maintaining draught. Flue gas from furnace passes through 2nd pass smoke tubes to front end and through 3rd pass smoke tubes and then through the ID fan to the chimney. The safety valve, steam stop valve, water level gauge glass and control switches are mounted on the Multipac Smoke Tube itself. The water preheater is of shell and tube type and works on natural circulation of water. This is an optional feature of the Multipac Smoke Tube for enhancing output and efficiency. From the flue gas chamber the flue gases pass through this water pre-heater and then let out through the chimney by the induced draught fan.
