Cristal instruments offers side mounted level switch for initiating high/low level audio/visual signals or for automatic level control of liquids in tanks.
The side-mounted level switch comes with a micro-switch actuation that possesses spdt contacts of 5 a at 240 v ac current rating. These side-mounted level switch can operate normally at 12 mm liquid level. The switches are available with float and all wetted parts made of ss-304/316, pvc or teflon for mounting directly on side of the tank. The company also supplies ss square type mounting flange having 83 mm pcd with four bolt holes of standard 9 mm diameter. The company can also provide other sizes on request. These switches are applicable for 40 kg/cm2 pressure and 300 celsius temperature. The company provides weather-proof ss switch housing comes as standard feature and flame-proof material as per is-2148-1981 standards for grade i, ii a and ii b gases. This side-mounted level switch is suitable for liquids with specific 0.7 to 1.2 gravity. The company also can supply low-cost miniature type switches for atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature application.
