| Vrijsons engineers manufactures easy lift brand material handling equipment. The company specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of cranes and hoists. With decades of experience in this line, it has a fully equipped workshop and a modern plant. Easy lift brand spur gear chain pulley blocks are offered in 10 capacities in the range 0.25 to 25 tonnes. Light weight and compact size present convenient portability, easy installation and simpel relocation. These are suitable for use in factories, mines, farms, and construction sites. Frame is rigidly built steel plates wielded construction with high factor of safety. Chains [alloy steel load chain gr 80 as per is-6216] are electrically butt-wielded, accurately calibrated and duly heat-treated for ductility, toughness and wear resistance. Hand chains are electrically butt-wielded, accurately calibrated which easily fits in sprockets of hand chain wheel made of graded casting as per is-210. Forged hooks as per is-8610 are fitted in upper-arm and bottom-block is made of heavy duty malleable casting/sg iron casting with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running of chain. Gears are made out of nickel-crone alloy steel. Hobbing cut heattreated alloy steel gears with wide faces insures long life. Brake is of automatic screw and disc type where by the pressure and sustaining power increase in the proportion to load being lifted.
