| The high voltage power factor correction capacitors are suitable for applications for improving the power factor in high voltage system. This type of capacitors is available in 1/1.1 kv to 6.6 k.V ranges. The high voltage power factor correction capacitors of 1/1.1 k.V. Rate find extensive application while carrying out heat run tests on large power transformers; capacitors rated at 3.3 k.V. And 6.6 k.V. Are used across large sized motor directly in banks and other applications. Some of the technical specifications of these high voltage power factor correction capacitors include 30,67,84 and 100 k.V.Ar at 3.3 k.V., 1 phase 50 hz a.C. At 45 degree c ambient standard sizes; 42.56 and special rating at 1,1.1,1.91,2.2,3.81,4 and 7 kv 1 phase or 3 phase, 50 hz arc. At 50 degree c ambient or any other ambient non-standard sizes; on operating are +10% maximum. On output kvar are + 5% to 10% on measured loss angles are +10% permissible tolerances.
