Main batch rollers made from m s heavy duty pipe and coated with ebonite or stainless steel cladded, mounted on heavy duty bearings
Both rollers are driven through differential gear for constant speed of the fabrics
Brake drum with shoes will be provided on both the rollers to adjust winding tension of the fabric
Self-balancing rocker arms with s.S pipe curved bar will be provided for creaseless working and maximum tension
Direct and indirect steam / oil heating s.S coil with two nos. S.S guide rolls will be provided in stainless steel trough. S.S splash board will be provided to avoid splashing of liquor
A machine drive with a.C electric motor with forward reverse starter and push button
