| Microtek instruments offers dry block temperature calibrators from scansense, norway. It has a wide temperature range from -45 [from ambient] to 150°c, 50 to 650 °c and 150 to 1,200 °c with accuracy of 0.3, 0.5, and 3 °c respectively. It has high stability and resolution, fast heating and cooling time, and no liquid safe operation. Uniform temperature is maintained throughout the measuring zone [temperature metal block]. The tek know range of dry block calibrators generates true reference temperatures. The temperature controller of the calibrators uses a unique sliding pid proportional band algorithm. This response closely follows the heating curve of an actual thermal system. These instruments are calibrated against precision temperature equipment, which is traceable to international standards and calibration certificates are supplied with each unit. The calibration is simple and easy. Place the sensor to be calibrated in the calibrator and set the temperature. From the dual line display, both true and set temperature can be read. When stabilization occurs, simply read the temperature and recalibrate the process system or sensor. The tek know calibrator may be used for calibration of all types of sensors or complete temperature loops. The rs232 port and the optional software make fully automatic calibration possible. The software also assists in keeping accurate records of all calibration works.
