| Kpc filtech offers a wide range of filter elements to suit various applications like water gas, steam, solvents, process fluids, alkalis, and to meet almost all filtration needs of the chemical process, pharmaceuticall` food and beverages and electronic industry. These filter elements are available in various types, viz., fiber wound, melt blown, pleated membrane, sintered metal, and stainless steel mesh for effective removal of fine. Particles down to 0.01 microns. Pleated synthetic media filter elements for use in pre- filter, final filter and sub micronics membrane filters are offered with validation documents wherever applicable. Metallic filter elements like sintered ss 316 am multi -layered ss mesh are ideal for applications calling for high strength, excellent corrosion and temperature resistance and having regenerable properties. The fibre wound and melt blown filter elements have true graded density and high dirt holding capacity resulting in higher flow rates and longer life. Sterile grade filter elements are designed to withstand multiple in line stream sterilisation or can be autoclaved. Specifications: filter element type - spun, fibre wound, pleated, resin bonded-sintered, multi-layered mesh, pleated mesh, plain mesh; material of media - polypropylene, polyester, cotton, ceramic, glass fibre, nylon, ptfe, pes, pvdf, stainless steel, bronze, hastalloy. Monel; available pore size in microns - 0.01,0.1,0.2,0.45,0.5, 0.8, 1, 2, 3, 5,10, 20, 25, 40, 50, 75, 100 - 0.5, 1, 5, 10,20,25,40,50,75,100, 150,200; standard cartridge dimensions -21/ 2" diax5, 10,20,30 and40"l-2 w` diaxl0, 20, 30and40"lor any other size; and standard end fitting style - double open end. Threaded open end, double `0` ring and fin - double open end, threaded open end, double `0` ring, etc.
