Tuflex india offers sleevings. Tuflex protective sleevings, made from tough, specially engineered polymer, are gradually replacing conventional packaging materials such as blister packs, wax, dippings, corrugatred cardboard sheets, jute coverings, pvc caps, and paper tubes. Tuflex sleevings are specially suited for packaging in engineering, ceramics, bottling, and glassware industries. The polymer sleeve is very easy to use and can be conveniently slipped onto the product that needs protection. The sleeve fits the product snugly and also provides a cushioning effect to adjacent products, thus ensuring complete protection.
Advantages of tuflex sleevings are:
Flexibility - these sleeves fit easily on any odd-shaped or sized product as they are made from superior polymer, which ensures strength and elasticity
Economical - because of its stretcheability, any particular sleeving can be used for a wide range of products, therefore, reducing the cost of inventory of packing material
Convenient to use - they can be easily stretched and slipped over a component; aesthetic appleal - improve presentation of products on retail counters. For each size of sleeve, a particular colour is fixed. This ensures easy identification of components and tools on shop floor and helps to use the right type of sleeve for a component
Protection during handling - the sleeves are made of soft polymer provides a cushioning effect, thus preventing any damage during transit or handling at users` end
Custom-made to user need - these sleeves can be designed as per the customer-specific requirements for bulk quantity orders. The product available in following colours: red, orange, brown, white, grey, yellow, blue. They can provide sleeves of different colours, different stretch width as per the size of components against bulk orders.
