Skylab instrument & engineering offers labtop cooling incubators [bod]. These skylab instrument & engineering are especially designed to conduct life cycle testing, shelf life studies, general incubation and refrigerated storage. Its temperature range is adjustable from 5.0 to 60dc with micro controller-based temperature controllers. For seed testing, biological studies etc these chambers are extensively used. The cabinet of the cooling incubators are insulated with high density cfc free polyurethane foam. Interior of the chamber is of mirror finish stainless steel [ss304, 0.8 mm thick]. The exterior part is white powder coated [1.0 mm hick] of mild steel and the door has a magnetic gasket with a keyed door lock. Stainless steel utility baskets are provided for storage inside. The cooling is effected by a hermitically-sealed compressor of high quality. The complete unit in total stainless steel [inside and outside] is also manufactured. Some of the special features includes: unique airflow system ensures even distribution of temperature; foamed-in-place puf insulation ensures temperature stability and reduced energy consumption; audio-visual alarm if the temperature deviates from the preset temperature; precise control of temperature by using ce approved microcontroller based pid controller; refrigeration system with cfc free compressor and r-134a eco-friendly refrigeration system with time delay; pc interface with windows-based communication software; and microcontroller-based programmable timer for chamber illumination.
