| Universal tool supplies in their world class cnc plant coolant fed twist drills having 2 flute spiral or 3 flute spiral with a coolant hole running parallel to the flute. This allows the coolant to reach right up to the cutting edge offering very high efficiency by keeping the cutting edge cool, and thus facilitate the drills to perform at very high speed for increasing the productivity. These are also offered in solid carbide high speed steel material, and special carbide brazed design. These drills have specially generated point geometry designed on special software, and manufactured on 8-axes cnc grinding machine. The flute helix angle on profile of flute is specially generated depending upon application component. The company also supplies solid carbide coolant fed endmills, coolant fed super finishing reamers, coolant fed solid carbide step drill cutters, coolant fed indexable cutters, etc.
