| Universal tool has introduced centre drills. These come in single ended and double ended and also in pilot diameter range from 0.2 mm up to 10 mm and shank diameter from 3 mm to 20 mm. These centre drills are provided with 60° as standard as type a, but also offered in b, c and all types and also special drills for 40°, 50°, 70°. Special drills with centre are also provided in extended shank length, overall length up to 300 mm is offered for long reaching centering operations. These drills can centre drill on hardened material or in case centre drill has been missed prior to treatment, these work very effective on tools. They are ideally suited for cnc machines where slotting drilling operation is essential or predrilling operation is essential. The company also supplies special centre drills according to customer`s requirements. Solid carbide center drills are also offered with long shank tool holders.
