These variable speed belts are used for ring frames manufactured by dongil, korea. Aramid reinforced compression rubber is provided with the following hardware features include:
uniform cord support and crosswise rigidity to lengthen belt life, improves gripping contact with pulley sidewalls through excellent sidewall force and assures less vibration, smoother and quieter performance. Specially treated aramid [kevlar] tensile cords have following featuers which include:ch enhance durability and length stability, carry additional hp loads with minimum belt stretch, reduces need for take-up adjustments and resists fatigue and shock. Precision moulded dual cogs made from chloroprene rubber provide more surface area for surface. Aramid reinforced compression rubber provides uniform cord support and crosswise rigidity to lengthen belt life, improves gripping contact with pulley sidewalls through excellent sidewall force and assures less vibration, smoother and quieter performance. Some aditional features of these speed belts include: other features include excellent durability and flexibility in driving; excellent resistance against heat, oil and wear; can be used on smaller pulleys for high speeds; shows stable performance on high speed rotation; and bottom rubber absorbs shock and prevents cracking in compression rubber.
