| A mini vibrator [pneumatic] has been included to their existing range of pneumatic power tools by san air tools. Mini turbine vibrator are simple in structure, silent in operation and need no lubrication. These tools are generally used in food and pharmaceutical industries, powder filling machines, packing lines, sieving and vibrating tables. Its vibration frequency can be adjusted with air control. At 20 psi air pressure the vibrator develops 16000 vpm and consumes only 2 cfm of air, and at 60 psi air pressure the unit develops 23000 vpm and consumes 6 cfm of air. The force developed at 60 psi is 25 kgf and is suitable for hopper capacity of 250 kg. The frequency and force will decrease on less rigid mount. These mini turbine vibrators that are available in aluminimum or sg iron variations ,have been specially designed to produce small to medium amount of vibrations in laboratory equipment, small hoppers and feeders.
