| Mevish engineering works manufactures a sparkler type horizontal filter press consisted of filter cartridge assembly with ss filter plates, support springs interlocking cups and fitted in the ss tanks with pressure tight lid. These press are available with suitable pumps mounted on ss trolley fitted with fibre castors. These horizontal filter press functions as the to be filtered liquid is pumped to the tank where it enters into the individual plates. The liquid is then passed through paper/cloth filter media and crystal clear filtrate comes out through a central channel formed by interlocking cups. The cake formed between the plate can be obtained if required. The salient features of these horizontal filter press are manufactured from ss 304/316/316l quality, argon arc welded and mirror polished;can be provided with different types of pumps depending upon the viscosity of liquids and output, gear pump/centrifugal pump/lobe pump; ms/ss jacket for hot filtration; by-pass system and safety valve; sample collecting device; complete ss stand with fibre castor wheels and ss cover to the motor; arrangement for removing last drop of liquid from scavenger plate. These horizontal filter press are applicable in use for crystal clear filtration of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, beverages, oil ink and other industry.
