The company manufactures a number of capsealing machines and screw capsealing machines falls in this category. This machine is capable of sealing 2400 to 3600 bottles per hour. This machines has some salient features, they are as follows:
the filled bottles moving on conveyer belt are picked up by star wheel one by one.
The star wheel brings the bottle below the cap delivery the subsequent indexing port.
In the mean time the bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of cap orientation unit.
The synchronized sealing head comes down on the temporarily stationary bottle where tightening operations performed.
The sealing head moves upward and the sealed bottle is indexed out conveyer belt.
