Automatic high speed rotary eight heads ropp capsealing machine is an ideal machine which is used to fill up bottles [especially flat bottles] moving on the conveyer belt which are picked up by star wheel one by one. Following are salient features of this capsealing machine:
the star wheel brings the bottle below the cap delivery the subsequent indexing port.
The bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of cap orientation unit.
the coordinated sealing head comes down on the temporarily stationary bottle where tightening operations performed.
Next the sealing head moves upward and the sealed bottle is indexed out conveyer belt.
The sealed bottle is now ready for further operations.
