| Jekson machinery pvt ltd provides rear cylinder hydraulic press brake. These rear cylinder hydraulic press brake provided by jekson machinery pvt ltd comes with adjustable stroke length feature. This press brake consists of side frames, ram, i-beam type table and a pair of levers manufactured with steel structure from ultrasonically tested steel plates. The pair of hydraulic cylinders are synchronized by a heavy-duty torque tube welded to the levers. This gives absolute parallelism between ram and table working surfaces. Repetitive accuracy of ram is within 0.03 mm. Hydraulic system is designed as per international practices and assembled with internationally reputed make components from rexorth/escorts/dowrty. Valves are mounted on a specially designed compact manifold block minimizing piping and chances of leakage. A special five pieces guide system with non-metallic lubrication-free liner gives very long life without extra care. All major hydraulic components are selected for 350- bars as the required system pressure in not more than 160 bar. Double sealing arrangements prevent scratching of bore in case of seal failure. Cylinders are made from precision honed carbon steel seamless tubes with hard chromed piston rods. Al pivots are provided with hardened bushes or self-lubricants spherical bearings with centralized lubrication system for trouble free longer service life. The electrical panel is mounted on right side frame. Electrical panel consists of motor star5 stop push buttons selector switch with engraved indication, overload and ram up-down indicators and emergency stop button as per general industrial electrical standards.
