| Jekson machinery offers mono block welded steel frame made from ultra tested 2062 steel plates to provide accurate bending. All pivots have hardened or ground pin bushes of five-piece guide slide lubricated by central hand pump. Repetitive accuracy is within 03 mm. Lt has ram travel parallelism without using sensitive and complex servo hydraulics. It comes with most reliable hydraulic components and sealing for international reputed design for 350 bar against operating pressure of 160 bar maximum. Three-speed operation reduces ideal travel time that improves productivity. Moveable operator console is provided with switches for cycle selection, ram up-down travel, emergency stop and motor on/off. Manual front operated backstop with micro adjustable swing stop facilitate reverse bend. Electrical panels and components are provided as per intentional reputed brands. Precisely designed and manufactured cylinders provided unlimited trouble free life. Seals can be changed quickly without dismantling the ram or need of crane.
