| Eternal rubber industries providesoffers polyurethane squeegees and wiper blades for industrial use. These are manufacturedmoulded from specially formulated polyurethane which has features like: having low coefficient of friction, very high resistance to abrasion and resistance to chemicals. Various general features of squeegees which include:they are available in varying durometers from 60 to 90 shore a. The squeegees and wiper blades find applications in many industries, such as textile printing, steel mills, plating and anodising plants, xerox and copying machines, photo processing equipments, etc.
Following are some technical features which include: wiping edge of the squeegees is uniformly smooth as moulded, thereby ensuring very clean wiping without any residue. Low coefficient of friction combined with high resistance to abrasion results in long working life of the squeegees. The squeegees are available in single or double edge wiping action in various profiles, such as v or round nosed v or can be made in special profiles as per customer`s requirement. They are available in varying durometers from 60 to 90 shore a. The squeegees and wiper blades find applications in many industries, such as textile printing, steel mills, plating and anodising plants, xerox and copying machines, photo processing equipments, etc.
