Based upon pattern and work-piece, they can have one or several blades, fixed directly in the reamer body and axially adjustable. In addition, the clamping claw increases the tools rigidity. The blade can be adjusted with the help of two screws and a pressure pin for clearance, which are accurate well within the micrometer region. Radial guide bars support these special reamers in the bore, so that the ra values are excellent. |
