• Add to Inquiry Basket | P g electronics manufactures a comprehensive range of hollow-shaft, shafted heavy duty, dual stream incremented encoders with a range upto 10,000 ppr resolution which are ideal for heavy industries such as steel industry. Cable lines upto 150 m can be directly used from the encoders. These heavy-duty encoders are available with a high axial radial thrust withstanding capability and can handle impedance of long lines. The company also manufactures absolute encoders upto 10 bit output [1024 steps per turn] with grey or binary format and encoders with 360 steps per resolution with bcd output along with resolutions up to 13 bits in single turn and up to 25 bits in multi turn. The encoders are also supplied with serial parallel converter card or complete digital scaleable system for converting serial output[ssi]. The pgcoders find applications for 5v and 10 - 30 v.Dc voltage levels and have various types of outputs like rs - 422, ttl compatible, push-pull, line driver as well as htl logic output. These encoders have six channel outputs including complementary and index pulses and a feedback system which takes into account the ageing factor to which the optical components are subjected to over years. The incremental encoders are ce complied while the dual stream encoder en 802 can serve two independent supplies and output lines which cater for two totally independent requirements simultaneously. The single shaft encoders offer this requiremennts with special execution of two different resolutions. The company also supplies encoders with precision flexible couplings to drive them smoothly. The hollow shaft encoder en-701 is provided with special mounting for anti-rotation. The encoders can be used in light and heavy industries like material handling, paper and steel . Low resolution encoders are ideal for tyre industry while the light duty encoders can be used in machine building industries.The heavy duty version type ` h` is very much popular in application for material handling. |
