| Coatec india manufactures compact, more relevant coating plants costing a fraction of what the larger plants cost in today`s world of ced coating. The company also undertakes redefining of bulk coating systems for small, mass produced products. Bulk coating system provides for two types of technologies such as dip spin coating and spray spin coating. In the dip spin coating process, the component is dipped in the liquid and centrifugal force is used to expel the extra coating material. Then the components are cured in hot air oven, the process can be repeated number of times with same coating material or different chemicals for greater thickness or modified properties. The dip spin coating system comes in three variations such as simple dip spin, dip spin with tilt and dip and spin and tilt with chiller. The spray spin coating process enable the component to be spray coated while it is tumbled. The company provided these bulk coating systems with additional characteristics where hot air is blown into coating vessel and an exhaust system extracts the over spray and fumes from coating vessel. The bulk coating systems are available with a plc run and controlled with touch screen. The company also offers recipe management system for saving specific programs to avoid any need keying in data with every component change.
