| Multi precision technologies supplies precision horizontal spindle duplex surface grinding machines. The two grinding wheel spindles are driven by 1.5 hp to 3 hp motor! on each side to save power and economical power bills. Utmost care is taken while manufacturing the machines so that no skilled operator is required. Micro setting is possible in x, y and z-axis in microns with dial indicator in microns. Parallelism can be achieved in less than 5 microns. Sturdy spindles made up 01 2 pairs of class-4 spindle bearings are used. The machines have hydraulic smooth dressing attachment, and magnetic separator [optional]. They offer very high production rate, low down time, low setting time, and high stock removal. The machines also available have three different models 8"0, 10"0 and 12"0 wheels to suit individual requirements. Through-feed components like bearing global e rings, roller auto parts, carbide tips and inserts, valve plates, 3-5-331, parallel keys, woodruff keys and many other parts can be ground parallels for work piece dimensions having minimum 2 mm to 70 mm height and 2 mm to 50 mm width for smallest model. Rotary disc type parts feeding can also be supplied.
