These equipments provided by the company are useful for applications like pre-crushing to micro fine grinding; grading and handling of bulk powder materials with almost dust free operation. The company supplies vm air-classifier screenless mills useful for microfine particle size. The vm air-classifier mills are available with properties of high air through put unique multi-tip rotor and serrated liners to create numerous air-whirls, turbulence and progressive grinding. Some of the salient features of these air-classifier mills with salient features like sudden change of direction and speed of particle within short period resulting into turbulent collision between particles; ensures micronised fine and free-flowing product; air classifier controls top cut size; and great turbulence and high air volume to ensure minimum temperature increase facilitating the handling of heat sensitive materials. This vm air-classifier retains coarser particles, while suction fan discharge very fine powder to the cyclone separator and the fine dust is collected in the bag filter unit. The company supplies pneumatic conveying system with all the milling units as well as attaches due importance to the critical parameters like top cut size and grade distribution of powder, power consumption and minimum running maintenance of equipment. |
