• Add to Inquiry Basket | Integrated technology offers syn-setral-68 chuck pastes, when applied to the sliding surfaces and clamping thread of the chuck, help in achieving smooth movement of the sliding components. These pastes resist coolant wash and are adhesive in nature, designed to provide anti-fretting properties. A high and constant clamping force can be achieved when a tightening torque is applied. Neither high centrifugal forces nor straight cutting fluids and emulsions can displace the lubricant over a long period. Features include: resistant to coolant wash, excellent anti fretting lubricant, provides low and constant co-efficient of friction; thus ensuring a high and constant clamping force, long re-lubrication intervals, high adhesion; consequently low grease losses at high chuck speeds, very low drop in clamping force, even with complex chuck designs, provides excellent corrosion protection, etc.
