The cables are insulated with a special Grade PVC compound, offering high insulation resistance and Dielectric strength. It is suitable for cut to length applications. It has operational feed guides for flat cables. It has also capability of feeding three wires at a time to increase output. The other features of the Automatic Wire Sizing Machine are as follows:
Ideal for round and flat cables sleeves, shrink tubing etc.
Wire fed through guides and feed rollers
Length measurement through closed loop circuit with encoder feed back.
Special grade tool steel cutting blades.
Wire spool holder and de-reeler for drag free to the machine.
