| Multilinks supplies pneumatic cylinders manufactured by electro pneumatics. The products are made of high quality seamless tubes and provide long service life without much maintenance. The company supplies these cylinders under rigorous inspection and 100% testing before dispatch. These pneumatic cylinders are available in a 10 to 350 mm bore size, and stroke lengths of up to 3500 mm range with continuous operation for up to 150 psi [10 kg/cm2] air pressure and maximum temperature of 70°c. The company supplies these cylinders in a variety of mountings and finds applications in plastic, textile, packaging, machine tools, pharmaceuticals, steel mills and general engineering industries. The pneumatic cylinders are available with salient features like honed and hard chrome plated seamless hard drawn pipe internally to 60 rc gives long life for piston seals; ground, micro-finished and hard chrome plated piston rod for lasting seal life and anti-corrosion; synthetic rubber seals with extra long and rigid inner lip for an anti twist grip on the piston; shorter outer lip provides minimum friction while extra wide angled sealing edge resists edge-breaking; special grease pocket filled with grease acts as built-in reservoir of lubricant; cast iron heavy-duty end covers oxidised for rust prevention; floating cushions give smooth cushioning effect without use of ball checks; cushion wear by air impurities is reduced by floating effect; and extra long rod bearing for long stroke cylinders.
