Advantages: strong, clean, re-usable permanent threads; no damage to expensive moulding dies; no distortion of inserts during installation; sustain high torque loads; withstands vibrations without loosening; easy and quick post moulding installation gives higher productivity and eliminates any rejection; these types of brass inserts can be used during moulding as well as post moulding; and special brass inserts [as per customer requirements] can also be supplied on request in metric/unc/unf threadings.
