These threaded inserts comes with the following benefits: rugged, clean, recyclable permanent threads; simple and rapid installation; no need to tap a hole to install these inserts [no tapping]; simple die-cast bore or drilled hole is sufficient to installation; maintains high torque loads; endures vibrations without loosening; available in materials - case hardened steel [yellow chrome plated], stainless steel [magnetic ss and anti-magnetic ss] and brass; suitable permanent threads for aluminium castings and also for cast iron products where thread decay is common problem; ideal replacement to wire type of inserts; and higher productivity. These threaded inserts are ideal for hard plastics with after moulding installation and also for all types of wood for permanent threads, especially in designer modular furniture. |
