These switches are useful for applications in lubrication systems, hydraulic power packs, industrial washing and cleaning systems, ultrasonic cleaning equipments, machine tools, storage tanks, liquid dispensing systems, overhead and underground storage tanks, thermic fluid heaters, boilers etc. The company supplies these magnetic level switches with accessories like potential free contracts in these magnetic level switches that may be utilised to make or break an electrical circuit, indicate high and low levels, audible high/low level alarms, automatic pump control, to open or close electrically operated valves, and to cut-off or switch on heating elements. The basic reed switch comes with the combinations of two identical flattened ferromagnetic reeds sealed in dry inert-gas atmosphere within glass capsule. These reed switch actuated magnetic level switches are available with operation principle including reeds sealed in the capsule in cantilever form so that their free ends overlap and are separated by small air gap. The reeds become flux carriers in the magnetic circuit, making or breaking contacts when a magnetic force is generated parallel to the reed switch. The magnetic level switch comes with features of enhanced life and 40 c to +200 c wide operating temperature range. Reed-actuated level switches are suitable for applications where vibration is involved. The company supplies these switches in single level switch with maximum 5 level sensing and teflon coated guide pipes for highly viscous liquids heavy floats. |
