| Swastik mechanic works offers precision cylindrical grinding machines useful for jobs involving fine grinding of delicate work pieces calling for high degree of precision and superior surface finish, such as fuel injection components, small plungers and needle valves for hydraulic and pneumatic control systems, fractional horse power motor shafts, electric fan rotors and refrigeration compressor parts. These are capable of working to close tolerances and come in different models such as model g-1 [manually-operated with single swivel], model g-2 [manually-operated with double swivel wheel head], model gh-1 [hydraulically - operated with single swivel] and model gh-2 [hydraulically-operated with double swivel]. The work piece accuracy is maintained by the throw over lever in the hubs of the feed wheels through engaging expanding clutches, which switch over from coarse to fine feeds. A high degree of versatility is possible with the double swivel wheel heads that can be plunged at any desired angle or can be used to traverse-grind steep tapers. Micro fine feed controls provide the machine with light and delicate feel necessary for fine grinding of small components. The grinder comes with accessories internal grinding unit, wheel balancing stand, wheel balancing arbor, additional wheel flange, carbide-tipped dead-centre mt-3, carbide-tipped dead-centre mt-2 and two-point steady rest.
