Vijayesh instruments provides thermocouples and indicators for molten metal temperature measurements. These indicators measure the temperature of molten metal in a furnace or ladle. The complete system consists of an immersion lance with a thermocouple [v-tip or v-multidip], compensating cables and instruments. The lance is immersed into the molten metal bath and the total measurement is completed within three-five seconds. The temperature plateau detection software ignores erratic and transient readings erratic caused by furnace hot spots, spikes in electric supply, slag etc. A printer for record purpose or external large display for remote sensing can be connected to the instrument.
