• Add to Inquiry Basket | Cnc technologies inc provides swiss turn gnp-724 d cnc automatic lathe machines from ge fong machinery co ltd, taiwan. These machines have achieved ce and iso 9000 certifications. These cnc automatic lathes come with bar capacity of 17 mm and automatic cam type tool sliding lathes with a bar capacity range from 15 to 50 mm. Ge fong products include hi-tech, high precision, high performance, automatic lathes for customer`s selection. High-precision machining is possible by the rigid gang-type tool-post. Spindle motor provides stabilised spindle rotation. Reference-point return operations are no longer required due to the use of absolute-type motors for all axes. Machining possibility is expanded through the provision of a y-axis function - the vertical movement of the t1-axis [gnp]. The sub-spindle unit makes it possible to perform back and front machining operations simultaneously [gnp]. With single face and three cross powered tools it is possible to machine any complicated parts. Both z-axis and spindle and sub spindle movement can synchronise, it reduces vibration during long, slender part turning/machining, in addition to 15° pin lock spindle positioning, cs axis contour control is also possible allowing arbitrary angle positioning and limited engraving. |
