| Topsdisk brand nc rotary tables are offered by spintop machinery company ltd, taiwan and approved by itri for quality and reliability. Models td-125, 170, 200, 255p, these are some different models which are equipped with high tech cross roller bearing. Full depth gear is employed as compared to standard tooth gear giving equal strength that of one size larger gear. Topsdisk range of products include: nc rotary table up to 500 mm diameter, manual tilting nc rotary table, hydraulic index table vertical/horizontal up to 600 mm diameter, manual index table-horizontal up to 800 mm diameter, face plate tailstock-slave table and accessories like - standard tailstock, single axis controller, 3 jaws chuck, fixture plate, etc. Pallet tables for horizontal and vertical mahcining centers, tilting rotary table for 5 axis machining are also available.
Following are some of the advantageous features of these rotary tables which include: 1] larger pcd worm wheel gives larger area for engagement, resulting in lesser contact face-pressure and lesser wear. Worm and worm wheel is imported from europe. 2]canon plugs for connecting cables prevent motor-encoder from the possible damage due to water entry. Pneumatic clamping is adopted for a small size of rotary tables. 3] on a larger size tables hydraulic clamping is adopted-a circular hydraulic system. 4]it can ensure heavy and steady cutting without any deviation from the position due to heavy cutting force and can allow heavy-duty continuous cutting. 5]the wear resistant alloy double-lead worm gear results in low co-efficient of friction, which in turn yields high mechanical efficiency, allowing maximum power transfer. 6]it has a provision of backlash adjustment, may be required over a usage of 3 to 4 years.
