| Pyrotech electronics offers power transducers [kva 101], which are highly reliable and use solid-state components, and need no maintenance even under harsh industrial environment. The required range is calibrated through ct ratio and pt ratio. They provide standard 4-20 ma output signal corresponding to the required range. The company also offers dual output in 3-phase/3-wire or 3-phase/4-wire connection. Standard features include: high accuracy of ±0.25 percent of span and the response time is within 1 second; the galvanic isolation of 1.0 kv is provided between supply and input/output; zero and span are adjustable by two individual trim pots; and operate on 110/220 v ac or are self powered and housed in abs plastic for din rail mounting, size 112 [h] x 100 [w] x 70 [d] in mm. The unit is suitable for operation up to 60° c ambient temperature. This unit is also used for a variety of applications in petroleum, chemical, steel, cement, sugar and other related process industries. These instruments have been tested for high voltage test, insulation resistance test, dry heat test, cold test, damp test and vibration test at national laboratories.
