United engineering has launched vertical centrifuges with bag lifting arrangements for chemicals, dyestuff and pharmaceutical industries.Its full diameter top lid closed and locked quickly with swing bolts and the lid weight is borne by specially designed hydro-mechanical spring cylinder or pneumatic device, so the lid opening and closing is achieved without much effort. The bag lifting ring positively/instantly locked on to the basket from a single point by a special circlip device. Three point pendulum suspended spherical bearings are used at the top and bottom ends of suspension rods and its capacity to withstand an off-balance load is equal to 4.5% to 5% of the rated charge. The company also manufactures vertical top discharge centrifuges and vertical bottom discharge [with/without scraper] centrifuges.
