| Weighpack systems has manufactured gfg series reliable, efficient and maintenance free automatic bagging machine. This gfg series automatic/semi-automatic weighpack bagging machine helps in bagging of products quickly and accurately in a greater range. These automatic bagging machines are useful for applications in modern chemical, fertilizer, sugar, cattle feed, oil extraction and many other similar plants and industries. The bagging machines is equipped with material feeding device like filling chute with two cut off gates for fast and fine feeding of granular and free-flowing products like grains, granulates, sugar, salt, etc. Some of the technical specifications of these automatic bagging machines include no electricity required to power; 230 v ac or 24 v dc voltages required in pneumatic systems; and up to 250 sacks per hour capacity of 50 kg each, in pneumatically operated machines, depending on bulk density and input. The models of these automatic bagging machines are installed by hanging them in the plants them in a way that machine input point comes directly under discharge point of the storage hopper. These gfg series automatic weighpack machines are available with salient features like fast and fine two stages of filling; equally reliable beam scales that are useful to achieve long life service with repeated accuracy; weight box is to be loaded with dead weight equivalent to required weight of material to be bagged; operator has to clamp empty bag on to the spout and press push button/raise the starting handle in every cycle of operation on semi-automatic machines. The automatic bagging machines are available with features of continuous weighing and filling operations without any interruption once switch is put `on` as the operator has to change the bags as per output.
