| Ani engineers manufactures sg type annivary helical gear pumps. These helical gear pumps are foot mounted ci gear pumps and are useful for handling viscous liquids like lube oil, furnace oil, ldo, hsd, vegetable oil, castor oil, etc; and high viscous liquids like glue, liquid wax. The pumps are available with construction like single helical gears with modified teeth profile, hardened and ground shafts, self-lubricating ultra bronze bushes and built-in pressure relief valve. The helical gear pumps are available with technical features like oil seal or gland packing; 10 lmp to 500 lmp capacities; 10 kg/cm² operating maximum pressure and up to 80ºc temperature. The company also supplies modified versions for high temperature applications and for handling liquid up to temperatures of 250ºc. These helical gear pumps are available with special teflon based z-pac sealants to ensure zero leakage; ss pumps in ss-304/316 and ss 316l materials for corrosive liquid application in a wide range.
