• Add to Inquiry Basket | Annivarya helical gear pumps [type sg] from ani engineers are foot mounted ci gear pumpus . These gear pumps are useful for handling different kinds of viscous liquids like lube oil, furnace oil, ldo, hsd, vegetable oil, etc; and high viscous liquids like glue, liquid wax. Molasses, printing inks, etc, can also be handled effectively. These helical gear pumps are provided with single helical gears having modified teeth profile, hardened and ground shafts, self-lubricating ultra bronze bushes and built in pressure relief valve. Oil seal or gland packing either does the sealing. Following are some of the technical features of these helical gear pupms: the pumps are available in capacity range of 10 lpm to 500 lpm and can operate up to a max pressure of 10 kg/cm² and temperature up to 80ºc for high temperature application modified version are provided which can handle liquid up to temp of 250 deg. Special teflon based z-pac sealants are provided to ensure zero leakage. For corrosive liquid application, ss pumps in ss304/316 and ss 316l material are also available. The helical gear pumps are widely available.
