Techno crafts manufactures copper bar punching machines for efficient punching of copper bars. The machines are available with hydraulic material clamping for ensuring exact positioning prior to punching. The copper bar punching machines are available with features like material feeding with clamp ensuring complete processing with minimum waste; quick tool change by extendable tool cassette from machine housing. On the picture are two punching heads and one cut-to-length shearing unit. Model cuwk-1 punching machine can be used for meeting the requirements for processing up to 15 feet copper bars, 8 inch wide and 1/2-inch material thickness. The machines are available with graphic software supporting quick programming with operator friendliness. The feeding unit of the machines is supported on two linear guides; roller-ball spindle and an ac servomotor with +/- 0.003-inch repetition accuracy. The hydraulic material clamping ensures processing without bending of finished parts even when punching takes place on the outer edge.
