| Supreme cnc machines supplies cnc vertical lathe in high-speed series and heavy-duty series manufactured by cnc-takang co ltd, taiwan. The company has long-standing experience in manufacturing high-speed series and heavy-duty series vertical lathes in its advanced manufacturing factories in taiwan. Around 80% of their products are exported to europe, particularly to germany. Each and every machine provided by the company adheres to the jis class 1 manufacturing standards and the ce mark. Some of the salient features of these high-speed series cnc vertical lathe machines include up to 4000-rpm maximum table speed; 450 mm swing diameter; 260 mm chuck size; built on box type column to ensure high rigidity and vibration free cutting at high speed; zf of germany made gearbox with dual speed; 3 layers of dust and waterproof design for protection; auto lubrication for ball screw, bearing and box ways; and automatic stopping of machine when the lubrication oil does not reach. The heavy-duty series cnc vertical lathes are available with important characteristics like 3500 mm maximum swing diameter, 3200 mm table diameter, 3-200 rpm speed and up to 12000 kg maximum load can be taken; and ram structure on 2 axis ensure heavy duty cutting at maximum stroke. The company supplies all these machine models integrated with fanuc control systems.
